Under our Guaranteed Rent scheme, we agree to pay you a fixed amount of £1,200 per month for the next 3 years, regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. You know exactly how much you’ll receive each month, and there’s no uncertainty.

    • Fixed Monthly Payments:
      You’ll receive your £1,200 monthly payment without fail, whether the property is rented out or not. Even if we have vacancies or the market fluctuates, your rent is guaranteed.

    • Full Property Management:
      We take care of everything! We furnish the property to a high standard, as we would for a guest house. From arranging cleaning services to managing guest bookings, we handle it all. All you need to do is collect your fixed rent every month.

    • Minor Repairs Covered:
      If a light bulb goes out, or if there’s a small plumbing issue, we take care of these repairs. For example, if the bathroom sink needs fixing, we’ll handle it at no cost to you. You don’t need to worry about paying for minor maintenance.

    • No Hassle:
      You don’t have to worry about dealing with tenants or managing complaints. We ensure the property is always in excellent condition, and you receive your rent on time every month..

Profit Share: Earning More with Less Risk

  • Example: Let’s say you have a 3-bedroom house that you rent out under our Profit Share model. Instead of a fixed monthly rent, we offer you 60% of the income generated from short-term stays, corporate workers, and holidaymakers.

    If your property earns £3,000 in a month from these bookings, you would receive £1,800 as your share. On a good month, you could earn significantly more than the £1,200 you'd typically get from a traditional long-term rental.

    • Higher Potential Income:
      If your property is in a high-demand area, like a city center, it could earn much more than a standard long-term rental. For example, instead of a fixed rent of £1,200, your property could earn £3,000 or more from corporate guests or short-term holidaymakers. If you’re sharing 60% of that, you’d get £1,800—a higher return on your property than with a standard rental.

    • Complete Property Management:
      We handle everything, from furnishing the property to a high standard, to managing bookings, cleaning, and guest services. For example, we’ll ensure the property is always stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and all necessary amenities. We’ll also take care of marketing the property on booking platforms, managing guest check-ins, and resolving any guest issues.

    • Repairs Covered:
      If a repair is needed—like fixing a faulty appliance or replacing a broken showerhead—we cover the cost. For instance, if a washing machine breaks down, we’ll arrange for it to be repaired at our expense, ensuring the property stays in good condition without any cost to you.

    • Flexible Earning:
      On months when your property is fully booked for corporate stays, you might earn more than £3,000. But in quieter months, if bookings are lower, your income share will reflect that. However, you’ll still be earning more than a typical long-term rental would provide, and we’re constantly managing and improving occupancy to maximize your earnings.
